We would like to see our clients In the Pre-Operative stage where possible, and have an efficient communication channel with their Surgeons in order to allow them the best service.
We offer our clients close monitoring and we can see them in the:
- Pre-Operative Stage - Instruct the patient, perform Strengthening regime, Discuss expectations
- Sub-acute phase- Home-based rehabilitation visits
- On-going rehabilitation- Home-based, Outdoors, Regular gyms or specialised rehabilitation Gyms'(conditions apply)
- Preventative and maintenance programs- for specific populations (Functional Decline & Fall Prevention, Post THR, Post TKR and more )
