This page must be read before the commencement of any Physiotherapy consultation.
PhysioPro is a provider of mobile services and as such, we have to maintain a very tight schedule and be punctual in order to keep the high standard of service we aim to provide.
It is a very hard task due to travel times, traffic, parking and many other reasons.
We would like to ask our clients to help us in providing the best service and outcome.
Your help is important with the following:
- Before an Initial Consultation you will have to fill up and sign a personal details form and an Informed Consent form. Please download them here
- Please fill up the forms and have them signed and ready upon our arrival if you can. This will save you and us a great deal of time. Should you have any queries in regards to the forms, feel free to contact us.
- Please try to allow sufficient space for treatment area and equipment set-up, preferrably in proximity to power points.
- If you are taking any medication that might interfere with our treatment, please try to schedule the treatment time accordingly. For example, after an Orthopaedic surgery, you better take the pain killers about an hour before the session in order to avoid excessive pain during exercise.
- Hygiene is a major concern for Health Professionals and clients. we use disinfectants after every treatment in order to make sure the equipment is clean and ready for use. We hope that our clients respect that and try to bath before treatment sessions where possible. If help is needed from a carer, please try to schedule the appointments accordingly.
